Patchwork Duffle Class
We are going to make the Patchwork Duffle Bag by Knot and Thread Design.
For this class we will be making the Patchwork Duffle Bag using the One Fabric Version. You will need to have your fabric quilted before class. We also recommend using decorative webbing for the straps.
You will need the following for class:
- Patchwork Duffle Pattern by Knot & Thread
- Sewing Machine in good working order and with a new needle (recommend a 90/14 Denim needle)
- Quilted sandwich of outside fabric, Soft & Stable, and lining fabric
Main Fabric: 1 yard
Soft and Stable: 1 yard (36" x 44")
Lining Fabric: 1 1/4 yards
- Exterior Accent (Binding) 1/4 yard if doing decorative webbing if you want to make your own handles you will need more fabric
- Interior Accent (Bias Binding) 1 Fat Quarter
- Zipper- 1 (30") Double Slide Handbag Zipper
- 1.5" Handle Webbing 3.625 yards or if you want to add a strap you will need 5 yards
If you want to add a strap you will need the following hardware: 2- 1.5" Triangle Rings, 2- 1.5" Swivel Hooks, and 1- 1.5" Strap Adjuster
